Catalyst® CX 100 – Stage-Ready Power, Studio-Grade Control

The Catalyst® CX 100 is a 100-watt, dual-channel 1x12 combo amplifier that combines the tone and feel of a traditional guitar amp with the advanced flexibility of a modern digital processor. Built for live performance, rehearsal, or studio recording, the CX 100 is powered by 12 Amp Voicings derived from the award-winning Helix® platform—ranging from clean to high-gain.

Each amp voicing includes a dedicated custom Boost, and the amp features 24 onboard HX-quality effects across Reverb, Delay, Modulation, and Pitch categories. Traditional amp controls for Gain, Volume, EQ, and Reverb are enhanced by deeper tone shaping and routing via the free Catalyst Edit app for desktop and mobile devices.

The Catalyst CX 100 includes features like Tap Tempo and Tuner, XLR line output with ground lift, effects loop, Power Amp In for modelers, and USB-C audio interface with 4-in/4-out capability. It also supports MIDI via 5-pin DIN for real-time control, and selectable output power lets you drop the volume without sacrificing tone. Add an optional LFS2 footswitch and cover for full rig integration.

1. All Sales Are Final
   Except as noted below, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance.
2. Defective or Damaged Instruments
   We stand behind every instrument we sell. If your instrument arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged in transit (e.g., a broken pickup on an electric guitar), please contact us immediately.
   
   Eligibility:
   
   • The defect / damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
   • You must provide clear photographs or video showing the issue.
   Inspection Requirement:
   Submission of photos or video alone does not guarantee a return or repair. All claims are subject to a physical inspection by our certified technician.
   
   Process:
   
   1. Email support@solschoolofmusic.ca with your order number, a description of the problem, and the visual evidence.
   2. We’ll review and, if preliminarily approved, issue a prepaid shipping label.
   3. Ship the instrument back to us for inspection.
   4. After inspection:
      • If approved, we’ll repair the instrument at no cost or replace it with an equivalent model (subject to availability).
      • If not approved, the instrument will be returned to you unrepaired and return shipping will be charged to you.
3. Repairs & Maintenance
   Beyond initial defects, we offer ongoing string replacement and repair services for Tar and Setar. These services follow our standard repair rates and turnaround times.
4. Non-Defective Instruments
   Instruments that are undamaged and functioning as intended—regardless of buyer’s remorse or change of mind—are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit.
