Seymour Duncan - Vintage Stack Tele Set for Neck and Bridge
The Vintage Stack Tele Set from Seymour Duncan includes two noiseless electric guitar pickups designed for use in the neck and bridge positions of a Telecaster. Both pickups have a traditional appearance and deliver the classic output and tone you would expect from a vintage Tele set, however, their stacked-coil construction cancels single-coil hum while retaining all the tonal nuances that Tele players crave.
The STK-T1N neck pickup's lows are full and warm, and the treble response has that classic Tele spank. In addition, its deep drawn chrome-plated cover conceals the stacked coils so it looks like a traditional single coil. The STK-T3B bridge pickup delivers classic lead tone, with all of the bright Tele twang. Its highs have a nice sparkle, while the low end is snappy and articulate.
As for construction, both the neck and bridge pickups use alnico 5 rod magnets, 4-conductor lead wires, and are wax potted for squeal-free operation. Like all Seymour Duncan pickups, the Vintage Stack Tele Set is hand built in Santa Barbara, California.
