This 7-string pickup features an alnico 5 bar magnet and custom windings to deliver a warm, balanced, responsive, and lush tone. The sound is harmonically rich with a prominent mid-range and focused low end. The high resonant peak creates a sparkly top end that blooms on chords in high-gain performances.

The responsive and accurate pick attack ensures the tone cuts through in live situations, while the tight-tracking transients excel in studio situations. This pickup comes with a black soapbar cover with one row of exposed poles for a modern active look and is a quick retrofit into any guitar with an active rout. The Pegasus also features a nickel-silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.
