Catalyst® CX 200 – Maximum Power, Total Flexibility

The Catalyst® CX 200 is a 200-watt dual-channel 2x12 combo amplifier designed to deliver professional tone, stage power, and modern flexibility. Featuring 12 Amp Voicings derived from the award-winning Helix® processor—ranging from clean and crisp to bold and high-gain—it’s the most powerful and versatile amp in the Catalyst CX lineup.

Each amp voicing includes a dedicated custom Boost, and players can load up to two HX-quality effects from a collection of 24 built-in Reverb, Delay, Modulation, and Pitch effects. Classic amp controls like Gain, Volume, EQ, and Reverb are paired with deep tone editing using the free Catalyst Edit app for desktop and mobile.

Built for the stage, the CX 200 offers USB audio interface (4-in/4-out), XLR line output, Tap Tempo/Tuner, Effects Loop, Power Amp In, and MIDI control via 5-pin DIN. Selectable power output modes and optional accessories like the LFS2 footswitch make the CX 200 a true gig-ready powerhouse.

1. All Sales Are Final
   Except as noted below, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance.
2. Defective or Damaged Instruments
   We stand behind every instrument we sell. If your instrument arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged in transit (e.g., a broken pickup on an electric guitar), please contact us immediately.
   
   Eligibility:
   
   • The defect / damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
   • You must provide clear photographs or video showing the issue.
   Inspection Requirement:
   Submission of photos or video alone does not guarantee a return or repair. All claims are subject to a physical inspection by our certified technician.
   
   Process:
   
   1. Email support@solschoolofmusic.ca with your order number, a description of the problem, and the visual evidence.
   2. We’ll review and, if preliminarily approved, issue a prepaid shipping label.
   3. Ship the instrument back to us for inspection.
   4. After inspection:
      • If approved, we’ll repair the instrument at no cost or replace it with an equivalent model (subject to availability).
      • If not approved, the instrument will be returned to you unrepaired and return shipping will be charged to you.
3. Repairs & Maintenance
   Beyond initial defects, we offer ongoing string replacement and repair services for Tar and Setar. These services follow our standard repair rates and turnaround times.
4. Non-Defective Instruments
   Instruments that are undamaged and functioning as intended—regardless of buyer’s remorse or change of mind—are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit.
