The new Nick 13 Outlaw Heart acoustic from Gretsch unites vintage vibe with modern playability. Modeled on a cherished Gretsch from Nick’s collection and infused with his own flair, the guitar mirrors his wide-ranging influences—from mid-century roots music to punk—territory he explores as frontman of Tiger Army and in his Americana solo career.

A solid spruce top pairs with a gloss-finished mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. The comfortable Grand Concert body delivers balanced tone, while the 25.25" scale ensures effortless playability and spot-on intonation. Elegant spade fingerboard inlays complement the headstock’s distinctive “n13” spade logo, and the hand-picked black and oxblood finish with cream accents echoes Nick’s previous electric Gretsch models.

Premium materials make this guitar remarkably versatile—the spruce/mahogany mix yields a warm, rounded voice suitable for many styles. A bone nut and compensated bridge secure accurate intonation, open-gear tuners ensure rock-solid tuning, and the Fishman® PRESYS VT pickup system lets you plug in without sacrificing the instrument’s natural acoustic character. In short, it sounds every bit as stunning as it looks!
